Checked in and got a nicely decorated room. The staff were super friendly. Liked the bicycle rental option. The bathroom radiator didn’t work, but they fixed it quickly.

Comfortable Deluxe Double Room with decent space. The en-suite felt modern and stocked with essentials, making it a cozy retreat after a long day.
Encountered cobwebs on wall lights and corners, which gave an unkempt feel to the room. An overpowering cooking scent seeped into the bathroom during breakfast hours. Limited complimentary drinks—just Green Tea on offer, though I did manage to snag some decaf coffee after asking. The car park charges a £5 fee for overnight stays, which seemed off, considering usual practices at other spots. The hotel's location feels detached, with no local attractions within walking distance, making the need for transport necessary.

I stayed at Burnside for one night. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the town center. Room decor impressed me—charming and cozy. The bed felt wonderful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good, but I expected more variety. the options were limited. The service was friendly, but I had an issue with the radiator in the bathroom—it didn't work. the staff quickly addressed the problem, which I appreciated. it was a pleasant night despite a few small hiccups.

Reception hours are inconvenient, making check-in feel unwelcoming!!! Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10:30 AM feels like a scam for the price!!! Parking fee adds insult to injury at this rate!!!
